Customer Accounts

You do not need a sundayriley.com account to place an order but may wish to create one for a quicker checkout process. This will also enable you to save as addresses for future use. To update your billing or shipping info, select login (upper right corner of the homepage) and then under primary shipping address select “View Addresses”, then select “Add a New Address” on the next page. If you have any questions regarding your customer account, or are unable to login.

Item Limit Policy

Orders are limited to (10) of any single item, and no more than (30) items total. Additionally, we also limit orders placed to (3), per customer per day. Orders that exceed this limit may be subject to cancellation. If you have any questions or would like to request an exception to this policy.

Payment Authorization Holds

When placing an order using a credit or debit card, you may observe two transactions posting to your account. Your financial institution may place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized, and you will then be charged for the order which will remove the funds from your account. 

You may observe an authorization hold even in cases where a payment attempt is declined. If you have questions or concerns regarding the removal of authorization holds, please contact your financial institution directly. Due to differences in procedures among issuing banks, our team may be limited in our ability to help. However, please contact us if you wish to confirm payment capture and/or order creation.

Confirmation

You will be charged as soon as your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email from info@alexandradomont.com with a unique order ID. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our team.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel and order once it has been placed, please contact our team as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to cancel it. Upon cancellation, you will be immediately refunded and notified via email.

Address Changes

If you need to alter the shipping address for an existing order, please contact our team as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to alter the ship to address. Our team will notify you if your request was successfully processed.

Please note: We are only able to make changes to an order’s shipping address and are unable to edit billing addresses for existing orders. If you wish to make an alteration to your billing address for future orders, please do so by logging into your sundayriley.com customer account.
