Fast, Reliable Shipping for Your Skincare Needs

At Alexandra Domont Skincare, LLC, we understand how crucial timely and secure delivery is for your skincare routine. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition—backed by eco-conscious practices and customer-first care.

We are committed to sustainability. All our products are shipped using recyclable, eco-friendly materials to minimize environmental impact.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Standard Delivery

  • Delivery in 3–6 business days
  • Free for orders over $99

Domestic Expedited Delivery

  • Delivery in 2–3 business days

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We currently ship within the continental United States only.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak times or major holidays, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.


Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please monitor tracking closely and retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We offer ShipAid protection at checkout for just 2.5% of your order total, which provides a quick, stress-free resolution in case your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged. If you select ShipAid, we’ll reship your order promptly via USPS Mail if your claim is approved—no need to wait for USPS investigations.

If ShipAid is not selected, we may still be able to assist by filing a USPS claim on your behalf. Please email care@alexandradomont.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). All such cases are reviewed individually.

Important: Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS but not received are considered stolen and are not covered by ShipAid or USPS insurance. Please ship to secure locations whenever possible.


Refused Shipments

Refused or returned-to-sender packages will incur a $15 non-delivery fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Delivery Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
